Hylton Casting is currently casting background actors to work on the STARZ TV Series Heels Season 2 for interior wrestling match scenes filming on Monday, 6/27/22 through Friday, 7/1/22 in Atlanta, GA. These are exciting scenes in the series and we will need an enthusiastic crowd!

Two brothers and rivals – one a villain, or “heel,” in the ring; the other a hero, or “face” – war over their late father’s wrestling promotion, vying for national attention in small-town Georgia.

  • Background actors of all genders and ethnicities, ages 18 and older
  • All background actors should be prepared for atmosphere smoke in these scenes.
  • There will be approximately 350 background actors total working in these scenes.

Tuesday, 6/28/22
Wednesday, 6/29/22
Thursday, 6/30/22
Friday, 7/1/22

  • It is preferred that background actors work all 5 days.
  • You must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set.
  • Call time will not be provided until the day before the filming date. Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the filming date/dates listed above.

Rate if Hired

  • Background Performer Services:  $150/12 hrs
  • COVID-19 testing bumps: $30.00 COVID-19 Testing Bump (for any testing outside of a work date)

COVID-19 Testing

  • Your testing dates will be noted in your email if you are selected to work for these scenes.
  • Testing is located in Atlanta, GA.
  • The test performed is a Covid-19 PCR Test.
  • While at the test facility and on set, PPE must be worn.
  • All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.
  • You may not provide test results from another outside source. You MUST be tested by the HEELS Season 2 Health and Safety team.
  • You must attend testing regardless of vaccination status.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

  • Please be advised that prior to working on HEELS SEASON 2, all background cast and stand-ins must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks have elapsed since receiving the 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or since receiving a single shot of Johnson & Johnson).
  • You must be able to show proof of vaccination status prior to your start date. All vaccination records will be maintained confidentially and securely by production.

Booking Policy

**Please note, the production reserves the right to cancel any aspect of your booking (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, in connection with last minute production changes), regardless of whether you or the production has confirmed the applicable booking. If your booking is cancelled (either in whole or in part), you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any consideration in connection with such cancellation (including, without limitation, compensation, fees, reimbursement, expenses and/or other consideration).  Please make sure to check your email prior to arrival to the production location for any updates. If you have any questions, please email us at bookings2@hyltoncasting.com.**

**For all background actors that are booked, we would like to inform you that it is our policy to overbook background actors to compensate for last minute cancellations affected by weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances. The formula we use to derive at our booking levels, is carefully applied and as conservative as possible while still fulfilling our responsibility of ensuring the required number of background actors for the producers. Therefore, a confirmation email does NOT guarantee placement.  Once production is at full count, additional background actors will not be signed in and therefore, will not be compensated. Background actors that are signed in by production are not employed by Hylton Casting and will be compensated by the production company.**

This production has mandated that all background actors must be vaccinated against COVID-19, therefore, we need to ask you the following “yes” or “no” question: Are you fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or do you have a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief or practice that prevents vaccination?

Do you have a car that can be used in these scenes as a picture car? You may be asked to drive your car in these scenes, taking basic driving directions from the AD team. Your car may also be parked in these scenes. You would receive an additional $25 car bump.

If booked to work as a background actor, all the materials and information about this production are CONFIDENTIAL. Your work and ANYTHING regarding this production is CONFIDENTIAL and cannot be shared via social media or otherwise. Background actors can and will be asked to leave set for taking pictures or putting information on social media. Phones may be used in holding for personal purposes only. Pictures cannot be taken at ANY time. If a photo is taken in holding or on set this is also grounds for immediate removal. You cannot talk to the press, blog, Facebook, Tweet, or Instagram etc. about your experience or take any photos on set.
