PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW FOR YOUR BOOKING AS AN AUDIENCE MEMBER ON DIVORCE COURT.

CONFIRMED CALL TIME FOR SATURDAY, 2/10/24

8:00 AM

  • THE AUDIENCE CHECK-IN PROCESS BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 8:00 AM. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY TO ACQUIRE YOUR PARKING PASS. 
  • Audience members should be prepared to stay for 11 hours which will consist of approximately 8 show cases.
  • Bagels and coffee will be provided in the morning. Snacks will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be provided.
  • You may not bring any additional guests with you to the taping.
  • ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS BE ENERGETIC! YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE EARLY FOR FALLING ASLEEP DURING TAPING.
  • NO GUM CHEWING WHILE ON CAMERA.

AUDIENCE PARKING LOCATION AND CHECK-IN DETAILS

  • Turn into the parking garage. The gate will go up automatically. Park on the 6th floor of the parking garage.
  • After parking, please sign in with the Audience PA Qiana on the 6th floor. Please report to the GPB elevators on the 6th Floor, not the Georgia Tech elevators. Please see photos – PHOTO 1PHOTO 2.
  • If you are being dropped off and not driving, please still report to Level 6 of the parking garage to check-in with Qiana. Do not report to the lobby.
  • Please bring a valid government issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) for admittance.
  • ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS MUST BE AGES 18 AND OLDER.
  • You will be required to complete a W-9 and audience waiver at check-in.
  • Once you are checked in, you will be directed to the audience holding area. You are not allowed to wander the premises once you are 100% signed in.

Mandatory Dress Code

  • Please come dressed in upscale business attire or modern courtroom attire. Please come dressed in layers. Please dress appropriately.
  • Please come wearing bright, jewel toned colors.
  • NO BLACK OR DARK COLORED TOPS AS THEY LOOK TOO DARK ON CAMERA. NO WHITE CLOTHING. NO LOGOS.
  • Women – please wear button up shirts, business suits, etc. No short skirts or short dresses. Please wear flat shoes.
  • Men – please wear sweaters in colors like green, red, blue, orange, sports coats, button up shirts, slacks, etc.
  • Please Do Not Wear – Shorts, capri/gaucho pants, tank tops, t-shirts, ripped jeans, flip flops, sequins, hats, very busy patterns, jogging suits or velour, short skirts, short dresses, no hats.

HAIR/MAKE-UP GUIDELINES

  • It is mandatory to arrive hair and make-up camera ready.
  • Your Hair/Makeup should be well done. Hair in simple styles. Facial hair should be groomed in advance (beards, mustaches, brows, etc.)

COMPENSATION

  • Audience members will receive a rate of $100/11 hours for participating in the audience.
  • Any additional hour past 11 hours will be compensated at $10/hour.
  • You will complete a W-9 on set for payment. Your check will be mailed approximately 3 weeks after you work.
  • You must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S., ages 18 or older, to participate.
  • You must bring a valid form of government issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) and know your social security number.

PAYROLL INFORMATION

  • If you have not received your check 3 weeks after you have worked, please email Melinda or Sandeep at accounting@divorcecourt.com.
  • Lincolnwood Drive, LLC engages all Audience Members and therefore, any payment of Audience Members, is the sole responsibility of Lincolnwood Drive, LLC. Hylton Casting, LLC is not responsible for any payment
    to Audience Members, nor shall Hylton Casting be responsible for any payment disputes with any Audience Members.

SET RULES AND GUIDELINES

  • NO CHEWING GUM.
  • Please do not bring any valuables, backpacks, or large bags. Please leave these items in your car. You will have access to your car during the lunch break.
  • No cell phones will be allowed on set. You may leave your phone in your car if preferred or lockers will be available.
  • No weapons, drugs, narcotics, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted. You cannot bring any illegal items with you. Security is on location and you are subject to be searched at any time.
  • You may not bring any additional guests with you.
  • Please be courteous to all crew members at all times. It is imperative that you exhibit professionalism and respect towards those working around you while on set.
  • No photos will be allowed on or near the premises, taken by camera, laptop, cell phone or any other recordable device.
  • Please do not approach any talent while they are working. No autographs may be requested from any of the talent and/or crew.
  • Once you have reached the designated audience holding area, you must remain in the area as instructed until you are escorted to set. Please do not wander the premises unattended.
  • Please follow all instructions given by the Set PAs.
  • Once you are signed in, you are required to stay until wrapped.
  • You may be asked to leave if you do not follow guidelines.

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

  • The posting of any photos and information about this production on social media is strictly prohibited.
  • In order to maximize the success of this project, it is also essential for the production to control all publicly known or exposed information about this project, in a carefully controlled fashion.
  • We understand that all crew members and audience members are proud to be contributing to the creation of this project. Likewise, all visitors to the set must understand the need for confidentiality.
  • We ask that you partner with the hard working and dedicated producers and directors to keep all aspects of this production confidential.
  • Confidential production information includes, but is not limited to: Scripts,  Story lines, Shooting locations, Casting information, Characters, Set & Cast & Prop & Costume Images Budgets, Call Sheets, Audio & Video. It is important to understand that information shared with those outside the production, including friends, family members, and industry associates, even with social media settings limited to “Private Mode,” or “Friends Only” settings, can find their way into the public sector.
  • These social media sites include but are not limited to: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Flickr, Google Plus +, Deadline.com, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Vine, TMZ, Vimeo, Tumblr, Instagram, OnLocationsVacations.com, Reddit, YouTube, Tiktok

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Please email Hylton Casting ASAP at audience@hyltoncasting.com. Please put “Cancellation” in the subject line of your email and list your first and last name, phone number, the name of the production, and the date that you are cancelling for. We ask that you do your best to give us at least 24 hours notice.

HYLTON CASTING BOOKING POLICY

  • Please note, Hylton Casting, LLC and the production Lincolnwood Drive, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any aspect of your booking (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, in connection with last minute production changes), regardless of whether you or the production has confirmed the applicable booking. If your booking is cancelled (either in whole or in part), you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any consideration in connection with such cancellation (including, without limitation, compensation, fees, reimbursement, expenses and/or other consideration).  Please make sure to check your email prior to arrival to the production location for any updates. If you have any questions, please email us at audience@hyltoncasting.com.
  • For all audience members that are booked, we would like to inform you that it is our policy to overbook to compensate for last minute cancellations affected by weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances. The formula we use to derive at our booking levels, is carefully applied and as conservative as possible while still fulfilling our responsibility of ensuring the required number of audience for the producers. Therefore, a confirmation email does NOT guarantee placement.  Once production is at full count, additional audience members will not be signed in and therefore, will not be compensated. Audience members that are signed in by production are not employed by Hylton Casting and will be compensated by the production company.
  • Hylton Casting and the production are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
