We are currently seeking 20 vibrant and energetic paid studio audience members for each taping date. If you are available to attend a taping, please read the following details below to submit to participate as a studio audience member. We can’t wait to see you!

- DIVORCE COURT is the longest-running program in the legal courtroom genre, and of the shows now airing in the genre, is the oldest. Divorce Court is an arbitration-based reality court show. The program is nontraditional within the judicial genre as it only resolves the disputes of couples facing the end of their relationship. It has been presided over by many television personalities, currently Judge Star Jones.

CALL TIME

- The call time is anticipated to be around 8:00 AM.
- Audience members should be prepared to stay for 11 hours which will consist of approximately 8 show cases.
- Bagels and coffee will be provided in the morning. Snacks will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be provided.
- Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the date/dates listed above.
TAPING LOCATION
- Atlanta, GA
- Please note, this is a live in-person taping. This is not via Zoom.
RATE IF HIRED
- Audience members will receive a rate of $100/11 hours for participating in the audience.
- Any additional hour past 11 hours will be compensated at $10/hour.
- You will complete a W-9 and audience release on set for payment. Your check will be mailed approximately 4-5 weeks after you work
- You must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S., ages 18 or older, to participate.
- You must bring a valid form of government issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) and know your social security number.
OTHER NOTES
- You must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S., ages 18 or older, to participate.
- Cell phones, large bags, and valuables must all be left in your car. You will be able to check your cell phone during the lunch break.
- Audience members must be dressed in modern courtroom attire, upscale business attire.
- Please come wearing bright, jewel toned colors.
- NO BLACK OR DARK COLORED TOPS AS THEY LOOK TOO DARK ON CAMERA. NO WHITE CLOTHING. NO LOGOS.
- Please note, if you have ever been a litigant on an episode of Divorce Court, you may not be in the studio audience. Please do not submit.
- ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS BE ENERGETIC! YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE EARLY FOR FALLING ASLEEP DURING TAPING.
Booking Policy
- Please note, Hylton Casting, LLC and the production Lincolnwood Drive, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any aspect of your booking (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, in connection with last minute production changes), regardless of whether you or the production has confirmed the applicable booking. If your booking is cancelled (either in whole or in part), you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any consideration in connection with such cancellation (including, without limitation, compensation, fees, reimbursement, expenses and/or other consideration). Please make sure to check your email prior to arrival to the production location for any updates. If you have any questions, please email us at audience@hyltoncasting.com.
- For all audience members that are booked, we would like to inform you that it is our policy to overbook to compensate for last minute cancellations affected by weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances. The formula we use to derive at our booking levels, is carefully applied and as conservative as possible while still fulfilling our responsibility of ensuring the required number of audience for the producers. Therefore, a confirmation email does NOT guarantee placement. Once production is at full count, additional audience members will not be signed in and therefore, will not be compensated. Audience members that are signed in by production are not employed by Hylton Casting and will be compensated by the production company.
