Grosse Pointe Garden Society – Pilot for NBC

BACKGROUND ROLE

40 FANCY PARTY GOERS

  • All genders, all ethnicities, ages 20s-60s
  • This role will work in interior holiday cocktail party scenes and portray upper crust members of the community.

  • This pilot is set in an upscale, high-end community.
  • This role will be picture selected by the Executive Producers and Director of the pilot.
  • Rate if Hired: $125/8 hrs. Please note, this is a flat rate of $125 total for working up to 8 hours. Any time worked over 8 hours will receive overtime.

Wednesday, 5/8/24

  • You must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • The photos that you submit are very important. This pilot is set in an upscale, high-end community. These photos will be sent to the Executive Producers and Director. You will not be considered if you do not send clear photos.
  • On the submission form below, please make sure to submit recent, clear, color photos.
  • Please submit photos in your cocktail attire. Please do your best to submit photos of yourself in attire similar to the wardrobe examples listed – CLICK HERE.
  • The photos that you submit should reflect your current look – hair color, cut, etc.
  • Please submit a head shot and full length body shot.
  • Do not submit photos with filters, black and white photos, photos where you are wearing hats or sunglasses, and photos that do not reflect your current look, hair style, etc. You should be the only person in your photos.

BOOKING POLICY

  • Please note, Hylton Casting, LLC and the production Universal Television LLC, Grosse Pointe Garden Society Pilot reserves the right to cancel any aspect of your booking (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, in connection with last minute production changes), regardless of whether you or the production has confirmed the applicable booking. If your booking is cancelled (either in whole or in part), you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any consideration in connection with such cancellation (including, without limitation, compensation, fees, reimbursement, expenses and/or other consideration).  Please make sure to check your email prior to arrival to the production location for any updates. If you have any questions, please email us at bookings2@hyltoncasting.com.
  • For all extras that are booked, we would like to inform you that it is our policy to overbook extras to compensate for last minute cancellations affected by weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances. The formula we use to derive at our booking levels, is carefully applied and as conservative as possible while still fulfilling our responsibility of ensuring the required number of extras for the producers. Therefore, a confirmation email does NOT guarantee placement.  Once production is at full count, additional extras will not be signed in and therefore, will not be compensated. Extras that are signed in by production are not employed by Hylton Casting and will be compensated by the production company.
  • Hylton Casting and the production are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If booked to work on this production, all the materials and information about this production are CONFIDENTIAL. Your work and ANYTHING regarding this production is CONFIDENTIAL and cannot be shared via social media or otherwise. Stand-Ins/Photo Doubles can and will be asked to leave set for taking pictures or putting information on social media. Phones may be used in holding for personal purposes only. Pictures cannot be taken at ANY time. If a photo is taken in holding or on set this is also grounds for immediate removal. You cannot talk to the press, blog, Facebook, tweet, or Instagram etc. about your experience or take any photos on set.
