Grosse Pointe Garden Society – Pilot for NBC

BACKGROUND ROLES

GARDEN SOCIETY MEMBERS

  • All genders, all ethnicities, ages 18+
  • This role will work in a variety of scenes including exterior community garden scenes, interior country club scenes, interior garden society historical center scenes, and fancy holiday cocktail party scenes.
  • This pilot is set in an upscale, high-end community.
  • The Garden Society members consist of a mixture of working class individuals and upper crust members of the community.
  • This role will be picture selected by the Executive Producers and Director of the pilot.

FILMING DATES

Tuesday, 5/7/24
Wednesday, 5/8/24
Thursday, 5/9/24

  • You must be available for all filming dates.
  • You must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set each date.

FILMING LOCATION

Atlanta, GA

RATE IF HIRED

$104/8 hrs. Please note, this is a flat rate of $104 total for working up to 8 hours. Any time worked over 8 hours will receive overtime.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • The photos that you submit are very important. This pilot is set in an upscale, high-end community. These photos will be sent to the Executive Producers and Director. You will not be considered if you do not send clear photos.
  • On the submission form below, please make sure to submit recent, clear, color photos.
  • The photos that you submit should reflect your current look – hair color, cut, etc.
  • Please submit a head shot and full length body shot.
  • Do not submit photos with filters, black and white photos, photos where you are wearing hats or sunglasses, and photos that do not reflect your current look, hair style, etc. You should be the only person in your photos.

BOOKING POLICY

  • Please note, Hylton Casting, LLC and the production Universal Television LLC, Grosse Pointe Garden Society Pilot reserves the right to cancel any aspect of your booking (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, in connection with last minute production changes), regardless of whether you or the production has confirmed the applicable booking. If your booking is cancelled (either in whole or in part), you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any consideration in connection with such cancellation (including, without limitation, compensation, fees, reimbursement, expenses and/or other consideration).  Please make sure to check your email prior to arrival to the production location for any updates.   • For all extras that are booked, we would like to inform you that it is our policy to overbook extras to compensate for last minute cancellations affected by weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances. The formula we use to derive at our booking levels, is carefully applied and as conservative as possible while still fulfilling our responsibility of ensuring the required number of extras for the producers. Therefore, a confirmation email does NOT guarantee placement.  Once production is at full count, additional extras will not be signed in and therefore, will not be compensated. Extras that are signed in by production are not employed by Hylton Casting and will be compensated by the production company.
  • Hylton Casting and the production are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If booked to work on this production, all the materials and information about this production are CONFIDENTIAL. Your work and ANYTHING regarding this production is CONFIDENTIAL and cannot be shared via social media or otherwise. Stand-Ins/Photo Doubles can and will be asked to leave set for taking pictures or putting information on social media. Phones may be used in holding for personal purposes only. Pictures cannot be taken at ANY time. If a photo is taken in holding or on set this is also grounds for immediate removal. You cannot talk to the press, blog, Facebook, tweet, or Instagram etc. about your experience or take any photos on set.
