CASTING STAND-INS

Thank you for your interest in working as a stand-in. A stand-in for film and television is a person who substitutes for the actor before filming, for technical purposes such as lighting and camera setup. Stand-ins are helpful in the initial processes of film and television production. We are seeking stand-ins with experience.   • You must be available and prepared to work up to a 12 hour filming day or longer.
  • Please note these dates and locations are subject to change.
  • You may not be needed all filming dates, but should have a flexible schedule.
  • Call time will not be provided until the day before each filming date. Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the filming date range listed above.

RATE IF HIRED

  • Stand-In performer services: $104/8 hrs
  • Please note, this is a flat rate of $104 total for working up to 8 hours.  You will receive overtime (time and a half) after 8 hours.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • On the submission form below, please make sure to submit recent, clear, color photos.
  • The photos that you submit should reflect your current look – hair color, cut, etc.
  • Please take these photos standing against a solid wall with good lighting. You may use a camera phone.
  • Please submit a head shot, full length body shot, and two side profile pictures from both the left and right side.
  • Do not submit photos with filters, black and white photos, photos where you are wearing hats or sunglasses, and photos that do not reflect your current look, hair style, etc.
  • Please also upload a video slate of yourself below to be considered for this role. In this video, you should say your first and last name, height and weight, and show your entire body head to toe.

If booked to work as a Stand-In, all the materials and information about this production are CONFIDENTIAL. Your work and ANYTHING regarding this production is CONFIDENTIAL and cannot be shared via social media or otherwise. Stand-Ins/Photo Doubles can and will be asked to leave set for taking pictures or putting information on social media. Phones may be used in holding for personal purposes only. Pictures cannot be taken at ANY time. If a photo is taken in holding or on set this is also grounds for immediate removal. You cannot talk to the press, blog, Facebook, tweet, or Instagram etc. about your experience or take any photos on set.
