Hylton Casting is currently casting background Costume Party Campers for the Netflix series Talbot Pines.

We are seeking background performers of all ethnicities and genders, ages 18–29, who can convincingly portray younger camp-aged characters.

These scenes feature a camp costume party and we are looking for energetic performers who are comfortable dancing, interacting naturally with other campers, and having fun on camera.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The Costume Department would like all background performers to provide their own simple, fun, camp-appropriate costume—something you might realistically wear to a summer camp costume party. Additional wardrobe guidelines will be provided upon booking.
  • Some scenes may require performers to get wet while wearing their costume as part of the scene.

BACKGROUND ROLE

COSTUME PARTY CAMPERS

  • All genders, all ethnicities
  • Ages 18 – 29 (must be able to portray younger camp-aged characters)
  • Comfortable dancing and participating in lively party scenes
  • Able to interact naturally with other campers on camera
  • Comfortable getting wet if required for the scene
  • Provide your own simple, camp-appropriate costume using clothing and accessories you already own or can easily put together. Think fun, creative looks such as a scientist, businessperson, tourist, athlete, cowboy/cowgirl, pirate, or other easy DIY costume ideas.
  • Men must be clean-shaven, per production’s request.

FILMING DATES

  • Wednesday, 8/12/26
  • Thursday, 8/13/26
  • Friday, 8/14/26
  • You must be available for ALL filming dates.
  • Must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set each date.
  • Please note: These filming dates are expected to have afternoon or evening call times. You must be fully prepared to film overnight and into the early morning hours if needed.
  • Call time will not be provided until the day before the filming dates. Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the filming dates listed above.

FILMING LOCATION

RATE (IF HIRED)

  • Background Rate: $140/12 hrs (Overtime paid after 12 hours at time and a half.)

AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS

To be considered, please submit recent unedited photos taken. Your wardrobe and overall presentation should reflect an upscale, polished, preppy summer camp look.
 

Photo Guidelines:

• All photos must be taken today (or at the time of submission).
• Use a camera phone in good natural lighting against a solid wall (white or neutral background preferred).
• Photos should look professional, clear, and well-framed.
• No filters, hats, sunglasses, or heavy makeup.

  • Recent Selfie Headshot (clearly showing your face)
  • Recent Full-Body Selfie (facing camera, head to toe)

SELECTION PROCESS

  • Once you submit your photos and video audition, they will be sent directly to the Director for final selections.
  • If chosen, Hylton Casting will contact you to confirm your availability.

These are OVERNIGHT SHOOTS. Call times are expected to begin in the late afternoon or evening, with filming continuing overnight into the following morning. You must be available to work overnight on all required filming dates.
Approximately 20 background actors will be selected to participate in a scene involving sprinklers. If selected, you must be comfortable getting wet.

Production is seeking background performers with minimal or no visible tattoos, as large visible tattoos cannot be concealed with summer wardrobe and may not be approved.
