Hylton Casting is currently casting featured background actors to work in Town Festival scenes for the Netflix television series Talbot Pines filming in Rutledge, GA.

These Town Festival scenes will portray a lively small-town community festival with vendors, attractions, local workers, and festival activity throughout the town square.

We are specifically seeking background actors to portray Vendors, Bubble Stand Specialist, Firemen, and Security Guard roles for these scenes.

Please review the casting breakdown below. These roles will be needed to work multiple filming dates for continuity purposes, so applicants must have strong flexibility and open availability throughout the filming range listed below.

IMPORTANT: Please only submit if you have NOT previously worked on Talbot Pines in any background role. NEW FACES ONLY.

FEATURED BACKGROUND ROLES

VENDORS

  • All genders, all ethnicities, ages 18+
  • Will portray vendors working booths and tents throughout a lively town festival atmosphere including food stands, candy booths, craft tents, games, and drink stations.
  • Seeking authentic small-town community looks and character faces.

BUBBLE STAND SPECIALIST

  • All genders, all ethnicities, ages 18+
  • Seeking someone experienced creating large festival-style bubbles.
  • Production will be creating a bubble activity booth using kiddie pools, hula hoops, and bubble wands. We are looking for someone who can successfully create oversized bubbles on camera and advise production on bubble mixture setup for filming.
  • Previous bubble entertainment experience preferred.

FIREMEN

  • Male, all ethnicities, ages 35+
  • Will portray local town firemen around a fire truck during festival scenes.
  • No real firefighting experience required.

SECURITY GUARD

  • Male, all ethnicities, ages 35+
  • Seeking an older, heavier-set character type.
  • This is a PHOTO SELECT role that will be selected directly by the Director of the series.

FILMING DATES

  • Monday, 6/8/26
  • Tuesday, 6/9/26
  • Wednesday, 6/10/26
  • Thursday, 6/11/26
  • Friday, 6/12/26
  • Monday, 6/15/26
  • You must be available for ALL filming dates.
  • You must have an open and flexible schedule during this time period. If selected for any of these roles, you will receive an email confirmation for the exact dates that you are needed to work. You may not necessarily be booked for all filming dates, but must be open and available for the entire filming range listed above.
  • Must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set each date.
  • Please note: These filming dates are expected to have afternoon or evening call times. You must be fully prepared to film overnight and into the early morning hours if needed.

FILMING LOCATION

  • Rutledge, GA

RATE (IF HIRED)

  • Background Rate: $140/12 hrs (Overtime paid after 12 hours at time and a half.)
