Synopsis: A group of friends go away for a yearly getaway and discover more about themselves than they ever expected.

BACKGROUND ROLES

All background actors booked to work on this date will be working in MULTIPLE different scenes including exterior park scenes, proposal / engagement party scenes, exterior city street scenes, and interior upscale restaurant scenes.

We are looking to casting versatile background actors that are able to play multiple roles!
All background actors will need to be prepared to bring multiple different outfit options for work in the multiple scenes including an all-white outfit option for proposal / engagement party scenes.

FILMING DATE

Thursday, 10/17/24

Must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set.
Call time will not be provided until the day before the filming date. Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the filming date listed above.

FILMING LOCATION

RATE

Background Performer services: $64/8 hrs.
Please note, this is a flat rate of $64 total for working up to 8 hours. You will receive overtime after 8 hours.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

On the submission form below, please make sure to submit recent, clear, color photos.
- Photo #1: A clear, recent headshot.
- Photo #2: A clear, recent full body shot.
Please take these photos standing against a solid wall with good lighting. You may use a camera phone.
Please submit a head shot and full length body shot.
Do not submit photos with filters, black and white photos, photos where you are wearing hats or sunglasses, and photos that do not reflect your current look, hair style, etc.

BOOKING POLICY

Please note, Hylton Casting, LLC and the production Situationships The Film, LLC.reserves the right to cancel any aspect of your booking (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, in connection with last minute production changes), regardless of whether you or the production has confirmed the applicable booking. If your booking is cancelled (either in whole or in part), you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any consideration in connection with such cancellation (including, without limitation, compensation, fees, reimbursement, expenses and/or other consideration). Please make sure to check your email prior to arrival to the production location for any updates. If you have any questions, please email us at bo*******@***********ng.com.
For all extras that are booked, we would like to inform you that it is our policy to overbook extras to compensate for last minute cancellations affected by weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances. The formula we use to derive at our booking levels, is carefully applied and as conservative as possible while still fulfilling our responsibility of ensuring the required number of extras for the producers. Therefore, a confirmation email does NOT guarantee placement. Once production is at full count, additional extras will not be signed in and therefore, will not be compensated. Extras that are signed in by production are not employed by Hylton Casting and will be compensated by the production company.
Hylton Casting and the production are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We will be casting 5 Joggers to work in one of the scenes filming on this date. Are you comfortable running and would like to be considered for this role?

We will be casting 5 background actors to portray Band Members in these scenes. They will be pantomiming playing an instrument provided by the Props Dept. Are you a musician? If yes, please list the instrument / instruments that you play and your experience level below.

We will be casting 1 background actor with a guitar that will be pantomiming playing in the park scenes. Do you own a guitar and would you like to be considered for this role?

If you live out of state, do you have friends or relatives that you can stay with if hired to work in Atlanta? You must be able to work as a local hire. A hotel room will NOT be provided by the production or Hylton Casting.

Your work and ANYTHING regarding this production is CONFIDENTIAL and cannot be shared via social media or otherwise. Individuals can and will be asked to leave set for taking pictures or putting information on social media. Phones may be used in holding for personal purposes only. Pictures cannot be taken at ANY time. If a photo is taken in holding or on set this is also grounds for immediate removal. You cannot talk to the press, blog, Facebook, tweet, or Instagram etc. about your experience or take any photos on set.
