  • Synopsis: A divorcing, overworked teacher finds herself drawn into a cold case after a dating app matches her with a man she suspects is the adult version of a boy abducted in the 90s.

BACKGROUND ROLES

  • FARM WORKERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS
    • Caucasian, all genders, ages 18+
    • This role will work in a variety of exterior farm and rural off-the-grid community scenes.
  • BUS PASSENGERS
    • All ethnicities, all genders, ages 18+
    • This role will work in interior bus scenes.
  • GUITAR PLAYER
    • Caucasian, any gender, ages 18+
    • Must own your own guitar that you can bring to use as a prop in these scenes.
    • Will be pantomiming playing your instrument over a pre-recorded track
    • This role will work in a variety of exterior farm and rural off-the-grid community scenes.
  • FIDDLE PLAYER
    • Caucasian, any gender, ages 18+
    • Must own your own fiddle that you can bring to use as a prop in these scenes.
    • Will be pantomiming playing your instrument over a pre-recorded track
    • This role will work in a variety of exterior farm and rural off-the-grid community scenes.

FILMING DATES

  • FARM WORKERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS – Wednesday, 8/20/25 AND Thursday, 8/21/25. You must be available for BOTH filming dates.
  • BUS PASSENGERS – Wednesday, 8/20/25
  • GUITAR PLAYER – Thursday, 8/21/25
  • FIDDLE PLAYER – Thursday, 8/21/25
  • Must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set.
  • Call time will not be provided until the day before the filming date. Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the filming date listed above.

FILMING LOCATION

  • Fairburn, GA

RATE (IF HIRED)

  • Background Rate: $10.50/hour ($84 guaranteed for 8 hours. Overtime paid after 8 hours at time and a half.)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All talent must submit 2 current photos. These photos will be used for director selection:

  • Selfie – taken within the last 7 days
  • Full-body photo – head-to-toe, straight-on, wearing your scene-appropriate look.
  • Photo Guidelines:
    • Use natural lighting
    • No filters or image editing
    • Show current hair color, length, and style

BOOKING POLICY

  • Hylton Casting, LLC and Breakdown Productions, Inc. reserve the right to cancel any part of your booking at any time, including last-minute changes. If your booking is canceled, no compensation, reimbursement, or other consideration will be provided. Please check your email before arriving to set for updates. Hylton Casting may overbook background actors to ensure production needs are met in the event of last-minute cancellations. A confirmation does not guarantee placement; if production is at full count, you may not be signed in or compensated. Extras signed in on set are not employed by Hylton Casting and are paid directly by the production company. Your work and ANYTHING regarding this production is CONFIDENTIAL and cannot be shared via social media or otherwise. Individuals can and will be asked to leave set for taking pictures or putting information on social media. Phones may be used in holding for personal purposes only. Pictures cannot be taken at ANY time. If a photo is taken in holding or on set this is also grounds for immediate removal.
