Hylton Casting is currently casting the featured background role of Surprised Wife to work in exterior neighborhood scenes in the feature film Scary Movie 6, filming in Atlanta, GA. This role will portray the wife of a principal actor in the film. The Surprised Wife is blindfolded and being surprised with a gift.

FEATURED BACKGROUND ROLE

SURPRISED WIFE

  • Female, any ethnicity, ages 20s – 40s
  • This role will portray the wife of a principal actor in the film. She is blindfolded and being surprised with a gift.
  • Must be comfortable being blindfolded.
  • Should have good expressive reactions and natural screen presence. No dialogue, but featured on camera.
  • This role will photo selected by the Director of the film.

FILMING DATE

Saturday, 11/15/25

  • This date is expected to have an afternoon or evening call time. Please be prepared for filming through the night into early the next morning.
  • Must be available for a 12 hour filming day or longer on set.
  • Call time will not be provided until the day before the filming date. Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the filming date listed above.

FILMING LOCATION

  • Atlanta, GA

RATE (IF HIRED)

  • Background Rate: $12.50/hour ($100 guaranteed for 8 hours. Overtime paid after 8 hours at time and a half.)

AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS

To be considered, please submit, unedited photos taken today and a short video slate recorded today.

Photo Guidelines:
• All photos must be taken today (or at the time of submission). Please dress in character as a suburban wife.
• Use a camera phone in good natural lighting against a solid wall (white or neutral background preferred).
• Photos should look professional, clear, and well-framed.
• No filters, hats, sunglasses, or heavy makeup.

Photos required:
• Selfie headshot (clearly showing your face)
• Full body photo (facing camera, head to toe)

Video Slate required:

  • In your slate, clearly state:
    • Your full name, height, and city/state of residence.
    • Show front, side, and ¾ turns on camera.
    • Please dress in character as a suburban wife.

SELECTION PROCESS

  • Once you submit your photos and video audition, they will be sent directly to the Director for final selections.
  • If chosen, Hylton Casting will contact you to confirm your availability for the confirmed filming date in Atlanta, GA.
