Hylton Casting is currently casting featured background roles to work on the NBC pilot The Rockford Files in exterior beach community scenes filming  Tuesday, 3/17/26 – Thursday, 3/19/26 in Atlanta, GA. These roles will be photo selected by the Director and Producers, so we are seeking individuals with very specific looks that reflect an affluent Malibu coastal community.

MARAUDER’S COVE RESIDENTS
  • All genders, all ethnicities, ages 20s+
  • Portraying residents of Marauder’s Cove, an ultra-exclusive Malibu coastal enclave inspired by areas like Paradise Cove (“Billionaire’s Bluff”).
  • This community blends old Malibu beach culture with extreme wealth, where celebrities, tech moguls, and longtime locals live in a beachfront mobile home community with private beach access.
  • We are seeking individuals who naturally fit a wealthy, effortlessly stylish coastal lifestyle — relaxed yet polished Malibu residents.
  • Important:
    • The Director and Executive Producers will be selecting the final 6 residents for these scenes.
    • Please take time to submit clear, natural photos and a strong video slate.
    • You should be dressed in character to match the affluent beach-community look shown in the photo examples provided.
  • Filming Dates:
    • Those selected must be available for all three dates:
      Tuesday, 3/17/26
      Wednesday, 3/18/26
      Thursday, 3/19/26
    • Must be prepared for filming through the night into early morning and for a 12-hour filming day or longer.

BEACHGOERS

  • All genders, all ethnicities, ages 20s+
  • Portraying Malibu beachgoers near Marauder’s Cove — relaxed Southern California beach lifestyle.
  • Think surfers, beach walkers, locals heading to the beach, or people enjoying a day by the water.
  • Wardrobe may include swimwear, beachwear, surfboards, towels, beach bags, etc.
  • Filming Dates: 
    • Talent booked for this role will work one day within:
      Tuesday, 3/17/26
      Wednesday, 3/18/26
      OR Thursday, 3/19/26
    • Must be prepared for filming through the night into early morning and for a 12-hour filming day or longer.

FILMING LOCATION

  • Atlanta, GA

RATE (IF HIRED)

  • Background Rate: $12.50/hour ($100 guaranteed for 8 hours. Overtime paid after 8 hours at time and a half.)
