Casting Information

MARCHING BAND DIRECTOR

  • The production is seeking an experienced Marching Band Director / Coordinator to coordinate approximately 40 marching band musicians for parade scenes on the TV series.
  • You may also be asked to coordinate color guard performers.
  • You must be able to advise on how the band is placed, how they march, etc.
  • You will be required to be on set to serve as the Band Director / Tech Advisor during filming.
  • You would be responsible for communicating with the production’s Los Angeles Band Leader / Producer.
  • You must be able to attend any rehearsals or zoom meetings required by the production.
  • You must have an open and flexible schedule April 2023.

COVID-19 TESTING

  • COVID-19 testing will be required the weekday before you are scheduled to work in Peachtree Corners, GA from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • No outside tests are accepted.
  • The test performed is a Covid-19 PCR Test.
  • While at the test facility and on set, PPE must be worn.
  • All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.
  • You may not provide test results from another outside source. You MUST be tested by the production’s Health and Safety team.
  • You must attend testing regardless of vaccination status.

Rate if Hired

  • Marching Band Director services:  $500/12 hrs per date. This is a flat rate for 12 hours of work. 
  • If hired you will be paid by check through the production’s payroll company. You will complete a digital voucher on the date of work for compensation. Checks will be mailed approximately 3-4 weeks after the work date.
  • COVID-19 testing bumps: $25 COVID-19 Testing Bump (for any testing outside of a work date)

Individuals can and will be asked to leave set for taking pictures or putting information on social media. Phones may be used in holding for personal purposes only. Pictures cannot be taken at ANY time. If a photo is taken in holding or on set this is also grounds for immediate removal. You cannot talk to the press, blog, Facebook, tweet, or Instagram etc. about your experience or take any photos on set.
